1. The classic: HATHA YOGA
The best-known form of yoga in the West, which has been offered for over 50 years. HATHA Yoga includes asanas as well as movement sequences (Vinyasa or Flow), breathing exercises (Pranayama), mental relaxation techniques and meditation. All the techniques of Hatha Yoga start with the body and continue through the breath to the mind.
2. VINYASA YOGA
Here, classical asanas are combined into ever new, creative movement sequences, so that a strenuous, flowing exercise style develops. It is practised with intensive breath control and music. An important goal is to experience one's own strength and vitality.
3. YIN YOGA
In Yin Yoga you can really relax. The asanas are held for a very long time, usually two to three minutes. This allows your body to relax completely into the postures, you can let go and experience deep relaxation. Yin yoga especially stretches your fasciae or connective tissue. You don't tend to break a sweat with this quiet style of yoga, but the stretches can be quite intense.
Much MORE DECISIVE, however, is the TRUST and FEEL GOOD when you train with me. It is important to be able to put up with yourself and to let your body, mind and soul be heard.
